I started RapidWebLaunch with the goal of offering fast and affordable web design services for small businesses everywhere.
On a more a selfish note, I did it because I wanted to own and manage my own location-independent business. Having a business that I could run from anywhere in the world would allow me to live a simple life on a modest income.
In the process of doing this, I learned a lot and discovered a real passion for writing. And so this blog was born.
It’s not a pretty name, I know. I didn’t choose it, but also don’t have the courage or energy for a full rebrand at this point. And to be honest, I’ve started to love it the way only a mother could.
When I started writing, I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to learn and get better. In that spirit, I now want to inspire others to do the same.
I want this blog to be a place where entrepreneurs, creatives, writers, small business owners, modest-incomers, and location-independence enthusiasts can come together to exchange ideas, strategies, and motivation for their passions.
If you identify with any of those (or something similar that I haven’t even thought of, yay creativity!) then I would love to give you a modest platform to share your ideas with the world. A launching pad, if you will. (See? The name isn’t that bad.)
I’m currently allowing new contributors for these topics:
- Managing a business
- Personal development
- Personal finance
- Customer service experiences and tips
- Life hacks
- Internet marketing
- Web design (ideally Weebly or WordPress based)
- Social media
- Self improvement
- Business tool reviews (you really have to know what you’re talking about)
If you think you can’t write, you’re wrong. You just haven’t tried hard enough yet.
